Marriott 萬豪七天券最新消息
來自國外Starwood Lurker has released via Flyertalk的最新分享：
Travel packages set to expire during the booking blackout period (you can not book unattached old Travel Packages certificates between August 18-September 18) can be extended upon request 如果你的大禮包房券將於8.18——9.18之間過期，可以申請延期；
Members will still be able to cancel unused 7-night certificates and get points back at a “reduced amount”. 會員仍舊可以選擇取消七天房券，並且獲得一定的積分補償，但是不清楚這裡的“reduced amount”究竟是啥含義，是現在的refund機制，還是比目前的refund機制更差？
After 8/18, certificates cannot be upgraded or downgraded, regardless of when they were purchased. 8.18之後，無論是什麼時候購買的大禮包，房券將不能升級或降級（比如說C6券不能降級C5，C5券不能升級）
Between 8/18 and 9/18, you can cancel a Travel Package reservation, but you will not be able to rebook until after 9/18. 在8.18——9.18之間，可以取消七天券的預訂，但是將要等到9.18之後才可以用於新的預訂。
目前無法確認該消息的可靠性，僅供大家參考。對於萬豪的這齣戲，我已經無力吐槽了。因此，在這裡我也不想去展開分析討論了，大家各自看著辦吧！祝大家好運！

下面是萬豪公佈的8.18當天的時間表，注意是按照美國東部時間計算。
12am (midnight): SPG.com and SPG app go down SPG官網和SPG APP關閉
6am: Limited loyalty info available on the Marriott app and Marriott.com 萬豪官網和其APP會員信息缺失
9:30am: SPG.com and Marriott.com available again for cash reservations only and members will need to update their Ritz-Carlton and Marriott apps (SPG still unavailable) SPG官網和萬豪官網接受現金預訂，會員需要更新麗思卡爾頓和萬豪APP，此時SPG APP仍舊不可用
2pm: Marriott.com and SPG.com available (presumably expected to be functional for award bookings) and members will need to update SPG app 萬豪和SPG官網都將可用，並可能允許兌換獎勵住宿（需要搶兌頂級酒店的朋友注意了），會員需要更新其SPG APP
4pm: GMs will be notified to put out the promo materials for the new program
